Horizon is an Oman crusher plant and wear parts supplier, that cooperation with Astec Inc. Combining the individual successes of Astec Mobile Screens, Breaker Technology, KPI-JCI, Osborn, and Telsmith, Astec Aggregate and Mining has developed extensive support capabilities and unique product offerings specifically designed to serve the mining and aggregate processing industries.
They have a customer who uses a mobile VSI crusher to cast rock ore. However, the original anvils just can work around 250 hours. The user wants to prolong the anvils span life, need 400 hours at least. After a long time meeting in Oman, we find a local laboratory to analyze the crushed stone. The reports as the following:

Through analyzing the raw material, Hunan JY Casting started to manufacture Cr26Mo1 anvils for Oman customers. Several months ago, our anvils work around 460 hours which based on customer feedback.
