The time from the start of the crusher to the end of its life is the time when the crusher reflects its value. Any machine can extend its use-value. The way to extend it is to maintain it, no matter it is used before, during, or after the end of the operation. The cost and use-value of the bottom crusher, the following is the way to maintain the crusher:
- Seasonal maintenance. The main content is to replace lubricating oil and fuel oil suitable for the season, take anti-freezing measures, and increase anti-freezing facilities. Organized and arranged by the user department, the operation squad leader inspects and supervises.
- Run-in period maintenance. After the break-in period of the new machine and the overhauled crusher, the break-in period maintenance must be carried out. The main contents are cleaning, tightening, adjustment and replacement of lubricating oil, which are completed by the user department, inspected by the asset manager, and supervised by the asset management department.
- Transfer maintenance. Before the crusher is transferred to the construction site, transfer maintenance should be carried out. The operation content can be maintained according to the technical condition of the crusher, and anti-corrosion can be carried out if necessary. The transfer maintenance is organized and implemented by the crusher removal unit, inspected by the project department and asset manager, and supervised by the asset management department.
